Important

You should only use this facility if:

• You use a currently supported operating system (preferably Windows XP SP1 or SP2, Windows 2000 SP4 but not Windows 95, 98 or ME). To check your version: right-click on My Computer (on the desktop or in the Start menu) and select properties.
• If you use Windows it must be up-to-date (note: use Windows Update).
• You already have an anti-virus package that is updated regularly.

You should not save any passwords unless:

• You have your own dedicated user area on your computer that is password protected. You can still use this facility if this is not the case but you shouldn't save any login/password details, either in any login box or if prompted.
