ArtsMark Gold Status
QEHS has been awarded ArtsMark Gold for the second time. ArtsMark is a national scheme which recognises the quality and range of arts provision in schools. There is a rigorous assessment of a school's work including work with professionals and community organisations. ArtsMark Gold is the highest category of award and this award is a tremendous achievement by staff and students. Good Schools Guide
The Good Schools Guide has presented the Classics department with a national award for "Best Results at A level achieved by girls in Ancient History at a non-selective school in 2005", as well as presenting the Maths department with a similar award for "Best Results at AS level by boys taking Applied Maths in 2005".
