Details of our Community and Leisure Courses for Summer 2019 are available below.

- Starting 1 April 2019
Step One (Mondays, 8.10-9.10pm)
For absolute beginners. An introduction to the basic steps of Ballroom and Latin American dancing. Learn the basics in the Waltz, Quick-Step, Cha-Cha-Cha and Jive, and gain confidence on the dance floor. No partner required.
Step Two (Tuesdays, 6-7pm)
For those who have completed at least two terms of dancing. Re-visit the basic steps and learn additional steps.
Step Three (Mondays 6-7pm)
For those who have completed at least three terms of dancing. Gain confidence, expand routines and learn additional dances.
Step Four (Mondays, 7.05-8.05pm)
For those who have completed at least four terms of dancing.
Step Five (Tuesdays, 7.05-8.05pm)
For those who have completed at least five terms of dancing. Practice, develop and expand all dances.
Step Six (Tuesdays, 8.10-9.10pm)
For those who have completed six terms of dancing. Continue to increase, develop and enjoy all dances.

Focusing on posture, stretches and relaxation techniques for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and comfortable clothing.
The Flower Arranging course will return in the Autumn Term; details will be added nearer the time.
The Stick Dressing course will return in the Autumn Term; details will be added nearer the time.
