Starting Tuesdays by arrangement
Beginners' Taster Sessions
(Tuesdays, 8.30 – 9.30pm changing to 5:30 – 6:30pm if interested in progression)
For beginners: an introduction to the basic steps of ballroom and Latin American dancing, starting with the Waltz & Cha-Cha build up small routines so that you have the basics in these along with the Quickstep and Jive! You can then progress and learn Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Argentine Tango, Samba, Paso, Rumba and Swing! Plus – Great Exercise for all, Party Nights and Social Events throughout the year.

Step Two (Tuesdays, 5.30 – 6.30pm)
For those who have completed taster sessions in the basics of the Waltz, Quickstep, Cha-Cha & Jive and wish to develop routines in these and introduce additional dances including the Rumba, Samba and Foxtrot.
Step Three (Tuesdays, 6.30 – 7.30pm)
Gain more confidence by expanding on routines and learning additional dances – Tango and Swing.
Step Four (Tuesdays, 4.30 – 5.30pm)
Practise, develop and expand on routines and learn additional dances – Viennese Waltz, Argentine Tango & Paso Doble!
Step Five (Tuesdays, 7.30 – 8.30pm)
Continue to increase your knowledge and skill by further development and enjoyment of all dances.
Dancing combines exercise with the positive power of music and social engagement, yielding major mental health benefits.

Focusing on posture, stretches and relaxation techniques for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and comfortable clothing.
The next Flower Arranging course will be in the Autumn Term.
