Self-Care Summer
Self-care is all about what you can do to help yourself feel better or to keep yourself feeling good. It’s a way that we can look after our own mental health and wellbeing.
The #SelfcareSummer Secondary pack helps you to create your own individual self-care plan for the summer holidays based on strategies which other young people have found helpful. It also sign-posts you and your family to additional support if you need it.
It’s all part of the Centre's #SelfcareSummer campaign which highlights activities, support and advice every day throughout the summer. It includes Challenge Tuesdays where you can share their artwork, photography, poems, crafts or activities which are helping you stay mentally healthy over the summer.
