Huge congratulations to our LAMDA students who all achieved distinctions in their grade 8 gold award in Speaking in Public. They received their well deserved gold medals and certificates this week.
Speeches this year included a variety of inspiring and important topics, from misinformation in the media, gun laws, memories, musical theatre, sound technology, the yellow stone wolf and even the cruelty dinosaurs faced in ‘Jurassic Park!’.
Over the course, they have questioned ideas, challenged assumptions and clearly care deeply about the world around them. This group of students give us real hope that the future is in very good hands.
Well done, you have made yourselves, your families and your teachers incredibly proud.
