On Thursday a group of our psychology students enjoyed an interesting day at Northumbria university. They listened to some fascinating lectures on Clinical psychology, exploring types of Anxiety Disorders and the current research being conducted at Northumbria. They were then introduced to Forensic psychology with Dr. Faye Horsley considering her research on arson. They also took part in some qualitative research using a ‘story stem’ technique. The students had a great insight into studying psychology at one of our local universities.
