History & Politics – Washington DC

Our Year 13 History and Politics students enjoyed an unforgettable trip to Washington DC. We visited the National Memorials, the US Chamber of Commerce, where we had a Q and A with two influential members, the Air and Space Museum, as well as the Supreme Court, Capitol Building and saw the original Declaration of Independence and Constitution!

Students learned so much about the history and workings of American Politics and had the pleasure of our wonderful tour guide, who had been a member of JFKs political team and had worked in politics ever since.

A fantastic time was had by all, and we are so proud of how the students behaved and the questions they asked throughout the trip.

Respect. Engage. Aspire.
