To our Y13 Leavers: Opportunity for paid work supporting asymptomatic testing at QEHS
We hope that you are all having a lovely summer, are pleased with your results and getting prepared for whatever adventure you are undertaking next year.
You will recall that when you returned to school last March we needed to carry out COVID testing on all students. Most of you will have had three tests in school at that time. The Department for Education has announced that schools will need to offer a testing facility for students when they return to school in September. We are planning to carry out the testing in the new QEHS sports hall on the following dates.
- Year 9, 10 and 11: Wednesday 8th and Monday 13th September
- Years 12 & 13: Thursday 9th and Tuesday 14th September
We need people to help run the testing centre. If you are available on any of these dates we will pay £10 an hour to come in and help assist with the testing. If would like to apply above please complete the form (Microsoft Form). We will be holding training prior to the first testing date.
