Results from fixtures this week:
Y9’s v’s Dame Allans – Lost despite a great knock from Dan Cole who ended up on 90 not out. Patrick Ferguson was the pick of the bowlers who took 3 wickets for 21 runs off 3.2 overs.
Y10’s v’s Ponteland – Excellent first game of the season beating them with 7 overs spare. We chased down 121 with 78 runs coming from Will Carr who was not out and batted all through the 13 overs. Joshua Holmes made a nice little cameo of 14. Joseph Beckett bowled a great spell that really slowed their scoring and got us back in the game, he ended up with figures of 2 wickets for 5 runs off 4 overs.
