What a fantastic REA Week it has been! Our staff have thoroughly enjoyed delivering a rich and varied programme of sessions, sharing their passion and expertise across a wide range of subjects. It has been a pleasure to see such creativity, energy and collaboration throughout the week.
Our students have embraced every opportunity and truly thrived. Highlights have included STEM students taking on CSI-style experiments to solve a case, while Enterprise groups designed, planned and promoted their own housing developments. In Art, students created incredible dresses using only newspaper, and in Performing Arts they impressed us all by learning the choreography and signing for a scene from Hairspray.
There has been plenty more to celebrate too, from a wide range of sporting activities to exploring personality traits in Social Sciences using lemon juice. Students have also designed and built their own computer games, taken part in first aid sessions, tried drone flying, and developed valuable interview skills.
A huge well done to everyone involved for making the week such a success. We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, effort and achievements on display.
