Choosing Sixth Form Options

Bookings for Sixth Form options meetings close at 9am 19 January 2026, this is the only way your child can reserve a space in Sixth Form.

Any external applicant should email Joanne Smeatom, sixthform@qehs.net to arrange a meeting, before the 19 January 2026 deadline.

Any request to join Sixth Form after bookings close, will be added to a waiting list and will only be confirmed after the summer results.
