School Admissions System
In order to help with our planning, please could you complete the school admissions forms including parental and pupil consents for when your son/daughter joins us in September.
You will have received an email from QEHS containing instructions on how to fill out the online admissions form.
The QEHS school uniform comprises of:
- School sweatshirt with QEHS school logo
- White polo shirt
- Plain, black formal school trousers/skirt
- Plain, black, low-heeled, polishable shoes or boots

Trousers and Skirts
We have identified lines from Michael Sehgal that meet our uniform policy and we recommend that parents/carers buy all uniform from here. However, parents/carers have the flexibility to buy trousers and skirts from other retailers, provided they meet the requirements of our uniform policy.
Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Michael Sehgal’s uniform shop in Newcastle is currently closed and all orders must be made online. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are able to safely re-open their warehouse.
Michael Sehgal predict a surge in demand online, so they strongly advise all parents/carers to order uniform as soon as possible. Their uniform stocks will be available in time for September, but if any sizes run out these are likely to take longer to replenish as a result of ongoing supply chain disruption.
Their customer support team is available to help with any queries (email: email@example.com). Sizing guides are available on their website and there are no time limits for exchanges. They also offer refunds on unworn items.
At every stage, including ordering, processing and dispatch, parents/carers will receive notifications from Michael Sehgal to advise on the status of their order. If items are unavailable, Michael Sehgal will provide an estimated timescale.
