Over 100 students took part in a challenging but highly enjoyable set of workshops with the American folk choir, Northern Harmony.
These young and exciting musicians shared songs from a wide range of cultures and languages, and then – having really impressed our students with their energetic and skilled performances – went on to share those skills in very effective workshops lasting an hour each.
By the end of each session our students were filling the hall with powerful singing.
Choirs in school on Monday (lunchtimes, and after school) are free for any student to join if they want to continue this journey.
