To celebrate International Women’s Day last week, a group of our Year 10 girls had the opportunity to visit the Hexham office of Vattenfall UK, one of the world’s leading wind power developer and operators. The students took part in interactive sessions about women in leadership, the environmental and social impacts of a wind farm project, and inspirational women.
