Seneca: Parent Tracking Tool

Many departments use Seneca as a revision and recap tool for students. Seneca splits up topics into manageable chunks, presenting students with a small piece of information then testing their recall of it. The system adapts to students’ learning needs and will bring up areas that a student is struggling with more frequently. Seneca is a free platform available at no cost to students.

Some departments, for example Biology, have been setting weekly assignments for students. Seneca has recently released a parent tracking tool to allow parents to monitor their child’s progress. Instructions can be found in the PDF below, clicking on “sign up” will take you straight to the Seneca website. Once you have set up an account and your child has used your invite code, you will then be able to see what work has been assigned to them and how much of it they have completed. We hope this will be helpful to you.
