Assemblies have continued this half-term as part of our online learning provision, giving students the chance to learn about and reflect on the following:

New Year Resolutions

Martin Luther King Day

Holocaust Memorial Day

Children’s Mental Health Week

Our tutorial programme has focussed on ‘Well-being’ this half-term. Students have been encouraged to develop and maintain a regular self-care routine. We have looked at a range of self-care strategies from the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families. https://www.annafreud.org/on-my-mind/self-care/ It is very important that everyone has a self-care routine that works for them as this is the very best way of maintaining emotional health and well-being.
