Youth Mental Health First Aid Training for Parents/Carers

A globally recognised training course, Youth MHFA is designed to teach parents how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health. The training gives people the skills and confidence to safely address mental health issues in young people aged 8 to 18, with a strong practical focus on how to support a young person experiencing mental distress.
