Alastair Campbell visited the school today to talk to students about the importance of being engaged with politics. His talk was interesting and varied and he also fielded lots of insightful and sometimes challenging questions by the students. Alastair is in the area thanks to the Hexham Book Festival and will be appearing at the Queen’s Hall this evening.
