Kenya Day 1 & 2

Yesterday, the students in Nairobi spent the morning on safari which was described as the luckiest one they’d done in weeks. They saw lions, hippos, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, crocodiles and so many more! (Including a variety of bird species much to Mr Robson’s excitement!) the They then visited David Sheldrick Trust where they learnt about their work in the conservation

Madrid

Y10 have had a great first few days in Madrid. We visited Segovia yesterday – taking in the sights of the Alcázar (which inspired the Disney castle), the aqueduct and other amazing places. We did a cookery course where students made a delicious paella, tortilla española and tarta de Santiago. Students have also been enjoying the daily photo competition, and

Mrs Curry and Mr Stephenson are very sorry to report the sad death of Pip, our second school dog, who was tragically run over. We will all miss the joy, energy and support Pip brought to school.
