15 QEHS and Hexham RC rowers attended a regional indoor rowing competition last week, representing QEHS against multiple schools from all around the north-east. Football Update

Y10 were excellent on Thursday vs Ponteland. They were 4-0 up after the first half with goals from Jack T (2), Ollie G and Jimmy C. Ponteland came back in the second half but another goal by Ben P cemented a comfortable 5-3 win against a team that made it to the quarter finals in the National Cup. #Respect #Engage

Red Nose Day

On Friday to mark Comic Relief, the annual head-to-head between Mr Atkins and Mr Seaton took place, with Mr Atkins, once again, taking the crown. In an added twist, we ran the race as a house competition with the winning house, Ash and their representative, Harrison N going against Mr Atkins (also a member of Ash house) in the final.
