Show Choir has now completed its first year! The brand new choir led by Miss Tindall and Mr Watson formed back in September 2024 and is 45-strong. The choir has performed at many events this year including sell-out concerts in school as well as at Hexham Abbey and the Christmas Lights Switch-On. Exciting Update from Kenya! Today, Miss Savage received photos from Madam Carol at Eileen Ngochoch Primary School—our partner school in Nakuru, Kenya. Trips and Visits Day – Go Ape
On Trips and Visits day students had the opportunity to visit Go Ape in Whinlatter to do the Treetop Adventure+ course. Students were incredibly brave taking on some activities very high up in the trees, but still had lots of fun and supported each other very well. Staff at the course commented on how polite and well behaved the group
Intermediate Biology Olympiad
Year 13 Biologists recently took part in the prestigious “Intermediate Biology Olympiad”. This really stretches and challenges their understanding of Biology and their ability to apply their knowledge to real life situations. DiSH August Dates
A free series of events for families to attend. DiSH stands for Dinner in School Holidays. A fresh meal is provided in each session, made with fresh ingredients that are often locally sourced. There will also be craft activities and space to play. Details on how to register are included in the flyer below.
