Exam Certificate Collection

GCSE and GCE Certificates for the Summer Exams 2018 are available for collection; please note we are unable to post certificates home. If you are unable to collect your certificates, you can nominate another person to collect them on your behalf.

The person collecting your certificates on your behalf must have a signed letter from yourself containing your name and date of birth, and giving them permission to collect them for you. They must also bring photo identification with them.

If you have left school and are returning to collect your GCE certificates, you must sign in at main reception and bring photographic ID with you.

Please note the Exams Office has seasonal opening hours, so you can contact us before you travel to make sure the Exams Office will be open when you visit

We are only required by the Joint Council for Qualifications to hold on to exam certificates for 12 months, and we are required to shred them after this time. It is extremely expensive to replace certificates via the exam boards and a letter from the school confirming your results will not suffice with most universities and employers, so collecting your certificates is of the utmost importance.
