Exam Certificate Collection

A Level/GCSE certificates; any certificates from summer 2017 onwards

Exam certificate collection is available between 4-6pm at QEHS, in the main hall, on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 8 December 2020
  • Thursday 10 December 2020
  • Monday 14 December 2020
  • Wednesday 16 December 2020

Please remember to wear a face covering and to keep at least 2m apart.

We would like to issue as many certificates as we can, however, we will retain unclaimed certificates until November 2021. After this date they will eventually be returned to the exam board. Please be aware that exam boards will make a charge (currently between £43 and £49) for each certificate to be re-issued.

Please note that these are official documents that you will need in the future to support further/higher education applications or employment opportunities.

If you are collecting your own certificates, please bring along a form of official identification.

We are unable to issue certificates to anyone other than the candidate without written permission. If you are unable to collect your own certificates please complete an authorisation note, like the one shown below, and ensure your nominated person brings it with them, along with a form of official identification.
