Cross Country

Seven QEHS students made the journey to Ardingly in Sussex at the weekend having qualified for the English Schools’ Cross County Final. This was an amazing achievement to reach the final, and the students ran in fields of up to 340 runners. Well done to Billy B, Adam B, Arthur Di, Arthur D, Magnus R, Joe E and Tabitha R.

Two QEHS teams completed in the finals of the ESAA Cross Country Cup. This event was held at the Grammar School in Leeds. This venue provides a quick and testing course. It is a good challenge and provides good racing. The IBs raced over 4090m. Arthur D had the best run of the day finishing an excellent 13th place. The
