This week we are in the Yorkshire Dales. Students spent the first night in Kettlewell where they enjoyed a sunny evening with a game of rounders. They then tackled their first day of walking in some really challenging conditions. Students showed great resilience and camped for our second night in a beautiful woodland. The first weekend of half term saw QEHS Rowers competing at the National Schools Regatta. This competition is held at the iconic venue of Dorney Lake in the shadow of Windsor Castle. Dorney Lake was created for the London 2012 Olympics and it is still amazing to see our rowers head under the bridge with the Olympic rings on it
